Ride to the Rhythm, Power Every Pedal. This 45-minute ride blends endurance, speed, and strength drills set to energizing beats—perfect for all levels looking to sweat, push, and ride strong.

Interval and Arms

Ride Hard, Sculpt Strong. This 45-minute class combines heart-pumping interval training with a light upper-body burn using 3 lb weights—all on the bike. The perfect cardio + arms combo for all fitness levels!

Spin and Strength

Spin Hard. Lift Strong. Feel Unstoppable. Crush cardio and build strength in one powerful 45-minute class! Half on the bike with resistance-based cycling, half off with standing leg and core work using 3–8 lb weights. Bring your energy—and your tennis shoes or socks!

Tabata

All-Out Effort. Real Results. This high-intensity interval training class follows a 2:1 work-to-rest ratio to push your endurance and power to the max. Expect short bursts, quick recoveries, and a serious sweat—perfect for all fitness levels ready to level up.
